    How to Get More Fiber in Your Diet

    Hi! My name is Meredith Jones, and I want to thank you for stopping by my website. I have found that many American’s worry about nutrition, weight, and their overall health but often neglect to look at the amount of fiber in their diets. I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which forced me to look at my fiber intake. I was amazed at the different ways we can get fiber into our diets. Sure popping a daily pill is one way, but some of the great foods that are high in fiber are much more fun! I would like to share what I have learned with you.
